I see what you mean in No. 10 -- but it didn't work.
In any sentence, the end is a strong point. In any list of 10, No. 10 is a strong point. If No. 10 is weak, or fizzles . . .
So rewrite No. 10.
Yeah, I'm a CLI type. I'm also an editor; that's how I know what's wrong with No. 10.
